Southwest Update on The Salt Collective

My response to Southwest Airlines was published on The Salt Collective this morning. I was really disappointed in Southwest Airline’s response. You can read my initial open letter to their CEO and VP of Diversity & Inclusion here.

One of Southwest’s mottos is “Heart Sets Us Apart.” Yet they did not respond with heart on my flight, and they did not respond with heart in their response to my letter.

At the church we visited this week Pastor Donna shared about the persistent widow, bothering the unjust judge so much that he was ashamed and gave her justice. May we all be persistent in our prayer and protest.  We will continue in prayer and protest until we reap a harvest of justice.  Amen.
