The confirmation students at Park Avenue UMC and the Tronix students at Park Avenue Youth and Family Services collaborated on a service project last night to get the garden ready for winter.

I love the window that these tomato cages make for the scene.

My co-workers, Keisha and Nichole did a fantastic job leading the group, and it was cool to see kids working together across the lines of age, race, culture, income level, language, and program affiliation.  I didn’t take this picture, but my camera was in so many different hands last night, I couldn’t tell you who did.
